Mena Alexa Suvari was born on the 29th of September, 1979. She is a famous American fashion designer, model and actress. She began her modeling career in 1990. She soon shifted into acting following appearances in television shows like Boy Meets World or High Incident. Her film debut was in 1997's dramatic Nowhere. After her performance of American Beauty (for which she won a BAFTA Award) and American Pie which attracted her more attention, she made her transition into major parts. She's appeared alongside American Pie's co-star Jason Biggs in Loser (2000) and then played the main character for the film Sugar & Spice (2001). Spun and Trauma, a thriller movie from 2004 was her second appearance. She also starred in the HBO drama Six Feet Under. The series was a hit during 2004. In 2005, the Screen Actors' Guild awarded her the title of one of the outstanding actors. In 2008, Suvari was a part in a string of films including Day of the Dead The Mysteries of Pittsburgh and the adaptation film of The Garden of Eden. Suvari was featured in numerous fashion magazines and blogs, including Vogue. Suvari is an official Lancome model and appears on the advertisements printed of Lancome Paris Adaptive. She's been an activist and supporter to the African Medical and Research Foundation. She also is active on the issue of women's empowerment and is associated with groups that promote awareness of breast cancer and women's rights and the End Violence Against Women Campaign. Missy Peregrym..........................Missy Peregrym is a model turned actress from Canada. Her most notable role includes Dark Angel Heroes, The Chris Isaak Show Black Sash Reaper and Rookie Blue. She's modeled for high-profile firms including Mercedes-Benz Sprint Canada, and Olympics. Missy has starred in Stick It Backcountry The Red Movie, Something Red, and Wide Awake. Due to her talent she was able to do well in the three films. Missy is an extremely kind-hearted lady. Her spare time is spent participating in various philanthropic causes. She is a part of an organization that is non-political and is aiming to offer affordable comfortable, secure footwear to communities in South America. This Leo Awards nominee has also been awarded the Streamy Awards for Best Actress.
