Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following the end of gymnastics. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of 16 when she was 16. She was awarded her Pro Card just one year later, at the age of 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is among the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel quit the stage after the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. After completing her college education Ariel returned to the stage in the year 2015. She continued where she was in prior events, such as those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a number of years after her debut show setting higher expectations for herself each year. She was awarded four more fitness awards by the end of the year. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel Ariel Ariel took six years off from competition following her professional card's issuance in order to complete her university education. Her return came in October 2015 with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd in the competition. The summer of 2016 saw her was the winner of at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three months later and was crowned 6th place within the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel claims she was more than happy of her performance. This is not a surprise since she was able to place so high, in light of the contest. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. The exercises she uses for strengthening her back are bent-over rows on the machine that use single arm lat pull-downs. She usually warms up first before moving on to the work outs. Ariel makes the best use of her time. Her back exercise routine comprises three or more supersets, each comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
